Hey everyone, Adrian here. This is the moment I have been waiting for since the start of this entire project.
After weeks of planning, ordering parts, spray painting, modifying, fixing, retrying, and sometimes stressing, the full costume is finally done. And honestly, the wait was worth every second. Everything came together even better than I imagined, and seeing both my costume and Tati’s side by side really made it feel real. This is the look we are bringing into the five minute film.
Let me start with the weapons we used for the reveal. I had an AK74U splat blaster that shot small orbeez, and I spray painted it gold as a reference to the mastery camo system in Call of Duty. When players complete specific challenges, they unlock the gold camo for that weapon. It is a small detail, but it fits the whole Ghost inspired identity and brings a little gaming lore into the film. Tati is holding a standard M16 airsoft rifle I already had in my closet, and it fits her costume perfectly.
Now the helmet. This was the longest process and easily the most detailed part. I had to paint the two rectangular streaks across the top of the helmet to match the game accurately. You can see it clearly in the photos. I also added a small flashlight on the upper right side to mirror the real operator setup. The night vision goggles took the longest to arrive, but once they did, everything snapped into place. They are props, but they can be lowered for scenes and look extremely realistic. The headphones fit right under the helmet and lock into that heavy tactical look.

I did run into one major issue. The night vision goggles made the helmet tilt forward because of all the weight on the front. I kept adjusting it and could not figure out why it would not balance. Then I realized the goggles came with a battery pouch that attaches to the back of the helmet with velcro to counter the weight. As soon as I strapped that piece on, the entire helmet became perfectly balanced. Problem solved. And now the whole setup feels complete.
As for Tati’s costume, she absolutely nailed her look. The skeleton mask, the vest, the gloves, the all black fit, everything matches perfectly with mine while still feeling feminine and unique to her character. Seeing us side by side looks like a live action Bonnie and Clyde special ops duo, exactly the vibe we were going for when we first started developing this idea back in October.
This reveal is just for the blog for now. I plan on doing a real costume reveal to the crew once we get closer to production. For now the focus is the storyline and the major planning we have coming up. There is a lot of work ahead, but seeing this costume finished honestly boosted my motivation even more.
Updates coming soon.
