Hey everyone, Adrian here. Big update on our A Level campaign. We’re now deep into planning for the final 5-minute film and the connected social media campaign, and our ideas have started shifting since the start of the year.
Originally, we were leaning heavily toward creating a horror short film, building off the tone and style of Slaughter Shed. The plan was to expand on those slasher elements with more developed characters, deeper narrative tension, and stronger production design. It’s still on the table, but now there’s a new concept being discussed that could take the whole campaign in a different direction.
The second idea is a Call of Duty–style action film inspired by the Netflix series SWAT. This version would focus on intense, tactical sequences and fast-paced storytelling. It would give us room to experiment with dynamic camera work, costume design, and sound design in ways that horror doesn’t. It’s also a chance to explore a completely different genre while still applying all the same production skills.

Whichever direction we choose, the 5-minute film will be supported by a social media campaign built to match the tone of the project. That means teaser clips, countdowns, behind-the-scenes posts, and promotional graphics, all designed to expand the story world and build hype before release.
We’re still deciding between the two options, but both have strong potential. The horror film builds on everything we’ve done so far, while the action film pushes us into new creative territory. Once the final choice is made, I’ll share all the details here and start breaking down our pre-production plans. Stay tuned.
